Terms and Conditions
I am obliged to set out my term and conditions within my agreement for providing a service for which I am to be paid. Please contact me before booking if you have any concerns with my terms and conditions.
Class Fees:
Full payments for classes must be received prior to commencement of the class. Your place at the class is not guaranteed until payment is recieved.
Method of Payment
Payment can be made via the booking process on this web site, cheques and gifft vouchers. Cheques need to be dated 2 weeks prior to class date made payable to 'Rose Pyne'
Upon receipt of payment, I will contact you to confirm your place. I can not be held responsible for booking forms and cheques sent by post. All classes have a maximum number of students that can be accomodated so to be fair, I work on a 'first come, first served' system. No verbal, email or postal request without payment to secure places will be accepted.
Please DO NOT send cash payments through the post. I do not accept liability for any loss.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers can be exchanged as part or full payment for classes with Rose only and are not transferable to other Bob Ross Instructors. Vouchers are valid for 18 months and are not to be resold. No refunds for gift vouchers are available.
Ages of Students
Painting classes are full days and aimed at adults. Should you wish to enlist anyone from 14+, please contact me first and discuss maturity of young person before booking will be accepted.
Conduct
Students attending classes are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner and be responsive to the need and support that other students may also need from instructor. Distruptive conduct to the class will be challenged and consitentancy in this will result in student being asked to leave.No verbal or physical abuse will be tolerated and students displaying any such conduct will be asked to leave.
Cancellation by Rose
In the unlikely event that I have to cancel a class, students may transfer their booking to another class with spaces available of have a full refund of the fees. I will not be liable for any losses involved in you attending a class, including but not limited to accomodation, travel, refreshments arrising as a consequence of class cancellations.
Cancellation by You
Over 24hrs notice given will ensure a full refund of class fee.
Under 24hrs notice and I will retain the booking fee but forward you a gift token for £20 for use at future classes.
Some classes will be oversubscribed and the more notice you can give me the better chance I have of filling your place. If I am able to fill your place a full refund will be given.
Where no contact is made, then no refund will be available.

Materials and Equipment
All painting materials are supplied. You are asked to bring a roll of kitchen towel, bag of baby wipes and your packed lunch.
Health and Safety
The nature of painting means that you may get dirty. I therefore suggest that you bring an overall to cover your clothes or wear old clothes that you do not mind getting paint on. Sensible footwear is advised as you may be standing for some of the day.
Recording and Cameras
Due to copyright issues and respect of other students, no photography or recording is permitted in class except that which Rose undertakes with permission of students.
